Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, central air conditioning, garage heaters, and IAQ equipment, in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.
Handle incoming customer inquiries, schedule HVAC service and installation appointments, file warranty paperwork, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up.
Assist a Red Seal journeyman on residential HVAC installation and service calls, including furnaces, air conditioning, garage heaters, and IAQ equipment, while completing apprenticeship hours and following safety standards and applicable codes.
